西門子交流接觸器作為執行元件,常常被用於接通、分斷線路或頻繁的控制電動機等設備運行。交流接觸器的主要結構分別是由動、靜主觸頭,滅弧罩,動、靜鐵芯,輔助觸頭和支架外殼等零部件組成。交流接觸器的作用是當電磁線圈通電後,使動鐵芯在電磁力作用下吸合,直接或通過杠杆傳動使動觸頭與靜觸頭接觸進而接通電路。電磁線圈斷電後,動鐵芯在復位彈簧作用下自動返回,俗稱釋放觸頭並且分開電路分斷。交流接觸器是電力拖動和自動控制系統中應用*普遍的一種低壓控制電器。

交流接觸器通常採用三種滅弧方式:雙斷電弧滅弧,縱向接縫滅弧和電弧滅弧。它用於消除在分裂和閉合過程中由移動和固定觸點產生的電弧。容量超過10A的接觸器具有滅弧裝置。交流接觸器還具有輔助部件,例如反作用彈簧,緩衝彈簧,接觸壓力彈簧,傳動機構,基座和端子。

西門子交流接觸器交流接觸器的工作原理:是利用電磁力與彈簧力配合,實現觸頭的接觸和斷開。

交流接觸器具有兩種操作狀態:斷電狀態(釋放狀態)和斷電狀態(動作狀態)。

當吸引線圈通電時,靜鐵芯產生電磁吸引,銜鐵被吸入,與銜鐵連接的連杆驅動觸頭作用,使常閉觸頭斷開接觸器處於通電狀態;

當吸引線圈斷電時,利用電磁吸引力消失的原理,可以將電樞重新打開,常開觸點閉合,位置彈簧鬆開,所有觸點復位,接觸器處於斷電狀態。

一般三相接觸器接線一共有8個點,三路輸入,三路輸出,還有是控制點兩個

輸出和輸入是對應的,很容易能看出來。如果要加自鎖的話,則還需要從輸出點的一個端子將線接到控制點上面。首先應該知道交流接觸器的原理。它是用外界電源來加在線圈上,產生電磁場。加電吸合,斷電後接觸點就斷開。

知道原理後,應該弄清楚外加電源的接點,也就是線圈的兩個接點,一般在接觸器的下部,並且各在一邊。其他的幾路輸入和輸出一般在上部,一看就知道。還要注意外加電源的電壓是多少(220伏或380伏),一般都標得有。

並且注意接觸點是常閉還是常開。如果有自鎖控制,根據原理理一下線路就可以了。

A1、A2 是這個接觸器的線圈,接到控制電路裡面去,通過控制這個接觸器的接線線圈(A1、A2)來實現控制住電路部分的電機(以小控大)。

13、14表示這個接觸器的輔助觸點,NO表示為常開,也就是沒通電的情況下13、14是斷開的,通電後13、14是閉合的。放在控制電路部分用來自鎖(並聯在啟動按鈕上),達到連續運行的目的。
