拆卸和安裝EES001UN
拆卸
1. 使用動力工具從汽車上拆卸輪胎。
2. 從汽車上拆卸轉向機總成。 參見 PS-15, ” 動力轉向機和連杆”。
3. 使用動力工具拆卸穩定連杆下側的固定螺栓。從穩定杆上拆卸穩
定連杆。
4. 如果有必要，請使用動力工具拆卸穩定連杆上側的固定螺母。從
支柱上拆卸穩定連杆。
5. 拆卸穩定卡箍固定螺栓，然後拆卸穩定卡箍和穩定襯套。
6. 從汽車上拆卸穩定杆。
拆卸後檢查
檢查穩定杆、穩定連杆、穩定襯套和穩定卡箍是否變形，有裂紋和損壞。如果有上述情況，請更換。
Stabilizer 防傾桿
REMOVAL
1. Remove the wheel and tire. Refer to WT-4, “Removal” .
2. Disconnect the connecting rod end at the stabilizer bar using
power tool.
● Prevent the stabilizer connecting rod from turning by inserting
a hex wrench into the end of the ball stud, then remove nut.
3. Remove the two stabilizer bar brackets from the front suspension
member.
4. Remove the front stabilizer bar.
● Remove the two stabilizer bushings as necessary.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
● When installing stabilizer, make sure that the clamps are facing
in the correct direction as shown.
